Baral, who had begun his political journey through UML, has obtained Bacelors level education. Born in Jharkharka of Harrachaur-2, to a poor peasant family, Baral?s parents are Gauri and Bhanubhakta. Baral lived an underground political life between 1997 and 2006. His poems titled Chitrabesi, which he wrote while in war fronts, have been published. His key agenda is to mention in the Constitution, the rights of the Magar community and all oppressed people so that they can uplift themselves. He is of the opinion that the people made him victorious by evaluating the people-centred course and progressive approach adopted by the Maoist Party and his own role in the People?s War.
